We have a board with complete circuit simulated. It is attached to a micro processor checks. All the corrections are made and the computerized harness checkers checks the following,

This is done in order to ensure that the vehicle assembly line of manufacturer’s end experiences no defect on the electrical system. This is the most critical and vital parameter for the wiring harness and hence 100% checking is ensured.
