DSN Automotive Pvt Ltd., was engaged in manufacture of wiring harness assemblies for 2/3/4 wheelers. With in a short span of time the company extended its operations and started entering to two wheeler & four wheeler manufacture. Also extended its operation to consumer durable industries such as washing machine & etc. and started supplying wiring harness

Quality Systems

DSN Automotive Pvt Ltd., has a policy of good components supplies to customers which would be achieved by proper components procurement from vendor, educating vendor about customer need, conducting periodical training about the components, quality, delivery, principals, reports and other required documents, make them fit to reach the requirement of the ultimate buyer and user, incoming materials are inspected thru vendor department

Regular training is giving to operators, supervisors, quality process inspectors and other connected personnel –both by internal faculty and external faculty

Before the product are dispatched a pre delivery inspection is carried out on a sampling basis. the complete quality system is documented.
